1. Introduction

Welcome to Compledio ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, services, and AI-powered video editing tools (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Use of Services

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Services to generate, upload, or share content that:

Is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harassing.
Depicts sexually explicit material (NSFW), nudity, or extreme violence.
Promotes hate speech, discrimination, or incites violence.
Infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others (including deepfakes of real persons without consent).

We reserve the right to ban any user found violating these policies without refund.

4. User Content

Our Services allow you to upload, process, and store video content ("User Content"). You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User Content you upload to Compledio.

By uploading User Content, you grant Compledio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services. We do not claim ownership of your content.

5. Intellectual Property

The Services and their original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Compledio and its licensors.

6. Subscription and Billing

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Every generation runs on paid GPU time the moment you start it, so refunds follow the credits you have actually used:

Subscriptions: Within 7 days of your first payment on a plan, email us and we will refund it. If you have used credits from that payment, we deduct their value at the plan's per-credit rate and refund the rest. Renewals are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
Credit packs: An unused credit pack can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Once any credits from a pack have been used, the pack is non-refundable.
Technical failures: If a generation fails because of an error on our side, the credits for that generation are returned to your balance automatically. If that does not happen, email us and we will fix it.
Creative results: AI generation is probabilistic, so we cannot refund a generation that completed but did not match what you had in mind. Use the free plan to check the output quality before you pay, and use the review step to adjust a clip before it is generated.

To request a refund, email support@compledio.com from the address on your account.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. COMPLEDIO MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE OPERATION OF THE SERVICES, OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, OR PRODUCTS INCLUDED THEREIN. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Compledio, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively before the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel.
