3. AI Processing and Data Training
To provide our video generation services, we utilize third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or specialized video models).
- Data Transmission: When you generate a video, your prompts and uploaded assets are transmitted to these third-party providers via secure APIs solely for the purpose of generating your requested content.
- No Model Training: Compledio does not use your private User Content to train our internal AI models. We rely on established third-party providers who, per their enterprise terms, typically do not use API data to train their foundation models.
- Content Visibility: While we respect your privacy, our AI providers may retain logs of generated content for a limited period to monitor for abuse (e.g., child safety, terrorism, or deepfake policy violations).
4. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information collected via our Services for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain our Service (including AI generation).
- To manage your account, subscription, and payments.
- To communicate with you regarding updates, security alerts, and support.

Generated Video Retention: Due to storage costs, generated videos and B-rolls may be deleted from our servers [30] days after generation. Users are encouraged to download their content immediately. We are not liable for the loss of content that has not been downloaded within this timeframe.

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards, no electronic transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
