Before you pick
What exactly is a credit?+
A second of B-roll costs 35 credits at the default 1080p: 30 for the clip itself, plus the storyboard frame you review before it generates. The same second costs 25 credits at 720p and 65 at 4K, and you pick that when you hit Generate. What matters more is coverage. At 20% the Pro plan's 12,000 credits finish about 28 min of video a month, and at 10% the same credits stretch to roughly 57 min.
What counts as one project?+
One video taken end to end: transcription, content analysis, B-roll generation, timeline assembly and export. Re-exporting the same project does not use another one.
What happens when I run out of credits?+
Nothing breaks and nothing auto-charges. On a paid plan you can top up at 100 credits per $1, with a 1,000-credit minimum, or wait for your plan to renew.
Do the free credits refill?+
No. The free grant lands once when you sign up, so it is there to get one real video finished rather than to run a channel on. Paid plans get their credits again every billing cycle.
How does yearly billing work?+
You pay for twelve months up front at 20% off, and the full year of credits lands in your balance immediately rather than trickling in monthly.
Can I change or cancel my plan?+
Upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Credits you have already been granted stay in your balance.
